On the login screen, tap "Forgot Password" and enter your email. We'll send you instructions to reset your password.
Is my data safe?
Absolutely! Custoria uses military-grade end-to-end encryption with zero-knowledge architecture. We cannot access your vault items - only you can.
How accurate are AI value estimates?
Our AI provides approximations based on similar items and market data. For official valuations, we recommend consulting a professional appraiser. AI estimates are for informational purposes only.
Can I export my inventory?
Yes! You can export your entire inventory as a PDF from the vault menu. This is perfect for insurance documentation or personal records.
Does Custoria work offline?
Yes! Your vault items are cached locally, so you can view them anytime, even without internet. New items or edits will sync when you're back online.
How do I delete my account?
Go to Settings → Danger Zone → Delete Account. This will permanently delete all your data. This action cannot be undone.
