Custoria provides an AI-powered inventory management application that allows you to:

- Estimate item values using AI
- Encrypt and securely store your inventory data
- Export your inventory for insurance or personal records
User Accounts

- You must provide a valid email address
- You must be at least 13 years old
- You are responsible for maintaining account security
- One account per person

- Notify us immediately of unauthorized access
- You are responsible for all activities under your account

Limitations

- Values are approximations
- Should not be used as sole basis for insurance claims
- Consult professional appraisers for official valuations
Intellectual Property
Our Rights
- Custoria name, logo, and design are our property
- App source code and technology are proprietary
- You may not copy, modify, or distribute our IP
Your Rights
- Your photos and data remain yours
- We claim no ownership of your content
Limitation of Liability
TO THE MAXIMUM EXTENT PERMITTED BY LAW:
- WE ARE NOT LIABLE FOR ANY DAMAGES ARISING FROM USE OF THE APP
- THIS INCLUDES DATA LOSS, INACCURATE VALUATIONS, OR SECURITY BREACHES
- OUR LIABILITY IS LIMITED TO FEES PAID IN PAST 12 MONTHS
- SOME JURISDICTIONS DON'T ALLOW LIMITATIONS, SO THIS MAY NOT APPLY
Termination
By You
- Delete your account anytime in Settings
- All your data will be permanently deleted
By Us
We may terminate your account if:
- You violate these Terms
- You engage in fraudulent activity
- Required by law
- We discontinue the service (with 30 days notice)
